Policies

We require a credit card to secure all appointments.  Your card is securely stored with Square and will only be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation. 

A minimum 48-hour notice must be given to reschedule/cancel appointments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment will result is a 50% service charge. Same day cancellations and no shows will result in 100% service charge.

Please arrive on time with clean lashes. If you need to clean your lashes before your appointment please arrive 5 minutes early and Bubble Lash Shampoo will be available for you to do.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a no show fee.  We book back to back and require the entire appointment time to do our best work with enough time to properly clean between clients.

No guests at this time.  We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointments.  We do not allow any one not receiving a service in our waiting area or in the treatment rooms.

There are no refunds for services provided.
